In this easy-paced 3-hour workshop, you'll create a handmade book using the time-honored long stitch binding technique.

No prior experience necessary--just bring your curiosity and creativity. Working at a comfortable, beginner-friendly pace in a safe and inspiring workspace, you'll learn every step of the long stitch bookbinding process, from selecting materials to the final decorative stitches. All materials and tools are provided. Choose from a variety of the provided papers, fabrics, and alternative cover and page materials or bring your own to work with, and create a book that's uniquely yours. Whether you envision a journal for daily thoughts, a sketchbook for artistic expression, or a special gift for someone you love, your book will reflect your personal style and intentions.
